These are our family recipes inherited over centuries of culinary experience. Most of the recipes show heavy Eastern European, Middle Eastern, Mediterranean and other influences that various world cuisine has had over centuries on Balkans, and consequently our family.
Most of these are simple, every day meals - nonetheless, something that we grew up on and love deeply. As some people may put it, this is our, Serbian, "soul food".
